Every value carries its source
and the time it was last retrieved. A failed retrieval is listed there too.
Wherever something is calculated, the method stands next to it,
step by step rather than as a total.
If the custodian does not supply a value,
ATLAS shows a gap and says that it is one. Nothing is estimated.
Statements and custody records remain binding.

Why does the displayed value differ from my statement?
Displayed values may be delayed or provisional. The statements and custody records of the custodian are binding.
How current are prices and positions?
Executions, daily values, and account movements are retrieved from the custodian on weekday mornings, bank bookings shortly after. Between two retrievals nothing changes. When the last retrieval ran is shown in the app under Data flow.
What is the difference between realised and unrealised gain?
A gain is realised only once a position has been closed. Unrealised gains consist of the valuation of open positions and change with the price.
When are reports made available?
Weekly reports appear on Fridays, monthly reports in the first working days of the following month, quarterly and half-year reports within three weeks after the end of the period.
How do I obtain a certificate?
Write to your contact - in the app, “Write a message” creates the request. The finished certificate appears under Documents.
