Delete account
How to have your ATLAS account deleted, what is deleted, and what has to remain for legal reasons.
How to request it
Write from the address you sign in with to desk@corey-management.com with the subject “Delete ATLAS account”. You can equally turn to your contact at COREY. We confirm receipt and get back to you once the deletion has been carried out.
What is deleted
Your account, your passkeys, all active sessions, the device registrations for push notifications, and the technical access data. After deletion, signing in is no longer possible.
What remains
Contract and evidence records are subject to commercial and tax retention periods of up to ten years and therefore cannot be deleted. This concerns the records relating to the participation agreement, not your app account.
The contract does not end with it
Deleting the account ends the use of the app. An existing participation agreement remains unaffected; its termination follows the agreement alone.
Take your data with you first
The Export area in the app hands out executions, result, fees, bookings, and documents as CSV, XLSX, or PDF. After deletion this route is no longer open.
