COREY Holding GmbH: parent company of the group. COREY Management GmbH: advisory firm and operator of this app. COREY Trading: the company partners hold a participation in. It provides COREY Management GmbH with the reports, documents, and commentary that appear in ATLAS.
No activity requiring authorisation
COREY Management GmbH does not conduct banking business or financial services within the meaning of the German Banking Act (KWG), nor investment services within the meaning of the German Securities Institutions Act (WpIG). The object of the company is advisory work and the administration of its own assets. No authorisation under § 32 KWG or § 15 WpIG exists, and none is required for the application offered here. A supervisory authority within the meaning of § 5 (1) no. 3 DDG therefore does not have to be named.
